Terms of Service

Deathless Services™ (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides software, license keys, accounts, and related services (collectively, “Services”). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
- By purchasing from us, you accept full responsibility for the use of your account, software, or tools.
- We are not responsible for any loss of accounts, bans, loss of money, issues from trading/selling accounts, or other risks you take after purchase.
- Using modified, tooled, or altered accounts may violate a game’s Terms of Service and could result in account suspension or bans. You accept this risk when purchasing.
2. Accounts
- Purchased accounts do not include games unless specifically stated in the product description. You must already own the game yourself.
- If an account is already banned or defective due to an error on our side, you may request a replacement account within 24 hours of purchase by providing valid proof.
- We cannot predict or prevent bans, but we take precautions and test methods before making accounts available for sale.
3. Software and Tools
- Our software may be discontinued at any time. If this occurs, you will not be compensated, although we may offer discounts in some cases.
- “Lifetime” licenses apply to the lifespan of the software, not your personal lifetime.
- All software is for PC only. If you purchase for console by mistake, you will not be refunded. (Separate console services may be available.)
- License keys will only be delivered after full payment is received.
- Keys are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-replaceable once purchased.
- Please carefully review compatibility requirements before purchase. We are not responsible if the software is incompatible with your PC or if you cannot set it up correctly.
- Exceptions: If there is an error with the tool on our end, keys may be compensated.
4. Feedback and Blacklisting
- Leaving false, invalid, or malicious feedback without contacting us for support may result in blacklisting.
- Blacklisted customers may have purchases revoked and will no longer be able to use our Services.
5. Refunds and Chargebacks
- We do not provide refunds except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
- We do not tolerate chargebacks. Any chargeback attempt will result in permanent account suspension and further action at our discretion.
6. Legal Notice
- We do not sell software directly. We sell license keys. The software is considered gifted or provided as part of your key purchase.
- Selling license keys is fully legal, and we comply with applicable laws.
- “The Merchant” operates anonymously and may be referenced as “we,” “us,” or “our” throughout these Terms.
7. Middleman Purchases
- If you choose to use a middleman, we must approve and recognize them beforehand.
- You are responsible for any additional fees charged by a middleman.
8. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
- Changes will be posted here, and continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Fraud, Unauthorized Payments, and Chargebacks
- Prohibited Conduct: You may not use stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods to purchase our products or services.
- Fraud Alerts & Suspicious Activity: If a transaction triggers a fraud alert, is flagged by our payment processors (Square, Venmo, or crypto gateway), or is otherwise determined to be suspicious, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or disable any delivered keys, licenses, or access associated with the transaction.
- Consequences:
- Suspended or revoked keys/licenses
- Permanently blacklisted from future purchases
- Banned from accessing or using our products and services
- Chargebacks: We treat chargebacks as a serious breach of these Terms. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be treated as fraud, with consequences applied above.
- Exceptions & Verification: Exceptions may be considered if you can prove ownership of the payment method used for the transaction. Proof may include government-issued ID, bank/card statements, and other documentation. Acceptance is at our discretion.
- Cooperation with Authorities: We may cooperate with payment processors, card issuers, law enforcement, and other authorities in investigations of suspected fraud.
- No Refunds During Investigation: Refunds or replacements may be withheld until investigations conclude. Approved refunds (if any) follow our Refund Policy.
10. Acceptance of Terms
- By visiting our website, Discord, or purchasing products from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
